My name is Marissabel, but since we’re friends, you can call me Mari!

I grew up a fat kid, fully enrolled in toxic diet culture, loyal member, gold status. For most of my life, weight loss meant giving up everything I loved. No snacks, no fun, just shame and restriction.

Thankfully, I learned about the calorie deficit (aka the only math I care about now), and it completely changed how I see food and eating. I realized I could still enjoy all my favorite things, with some modifications and a little moderation.

I’m a regular, full-time working girl here to remind you: it’s about consistency, not perfection. Every meal doesn’t need to be aesthetic, it just needs to support your goals.

I’ve learned a lot during my current weight loss journey, and I’m here to remind you that you can enjoy the process and not be miserable the whole time.
